APPLICABLE ONLY TO VEHICLES SOLD AT A PRICE OF £2,000
OR MORE
We, the suppliers, hereby accept liability for a period of
3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever is the sooner, for the
reliability of the following components of the vehicle and
agree to be responsible for any replacements to ENGINE,
CHASSIS, TRANSMISSION, STEERING
OR BRAKES ONLY affected under this guarantee
and during this period only from Date of Purchase.
The purchaser to be responsible for any labour charge for
the fitting of any such parts during the above period.
We do not hold ourselves responsible for any damage caused
by neglect, such as oil shortage or damage by frost.
ORDERS MUST NOT BE PLACED FOR ANY REPAIRS UNDER
THIS GUARANTEE WITHOUT OUR CONSENT
CONDITIONS
- That all the time the vehicle is still in the possession
of the Purchaser.
- That the work involved is carried out in our own workshops.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS OF SALE
Should the purchaser fail to take and pay for the vehicle
within seven days of the signing of this Agreement (unless
arrangements provided otherwise) the seller shall be at liberty
to treat the contract as repudiated by the Purchaser and thereupon
the deposit shall be forfeited and set against expenses incurred
in the conduct of the transaction.
Where a hire purchase proposal is part of the transaction,
the sellers reserve the right to determine the Sale void should
the Finance Company refuse to finance the transaction. |
